My favourite for personality has to be long-tails, both for their nosey-ness (watch them just about falling off the perch as they stretch forward to get a better look at something) and for the variety in their songs.

Love those curious birds, Woodstockaus, and love Jusdeb's bird that actually plays with her dog! Now, that bird has some personality!!!!!
