Finchies will get their aviary shortly , its a cruel world and the money makers got first priority ;) .
Thanks BCamp it is awesome to see the birds actually flying instead of climbing , and watching them explore and destroy their new home :roll:

Yes Di and twice it has held back one very naughty Bourks Parrot , recommend it highly . Its stapled down one side to make it easier .

I do something similar on the cages ,I have several with large doors and when the feed and water went in finches would fly out found a easy solution take a clear piece of heavy plastic cut it about 2 inches longer and wider than door hang on inside of door opening when you put your hand in it just moves to side no more escapes. It will need washed from time to time

While your there grab a packet of the stretchy wire and eyelets in the curtain rod section , thats if you want to attach it like I have .
