Nice... hoping for a few more next year..I have rh and yh hens that are very dark as well so fingers crossed for some good colours ...😊

I reckon the blue areas are just as important as green in identifying the dark factor ones. Instead of the usual bright turquoise collar and rump the dark ones are a much deeper cobalt blue.

A photo comparison of these next to a normal back with better lighting would be great.
Would help show the differences.

That last photo shows that..male on left is a good coloured normal...you can see difference to bh bird easily...😊

Bugger one of my best dark factors is crook...hopefully can fix him up in hospital cage...looks like mites..and no he is not seagreen or split blue...I have been breeding the blue green into them for few years 😊
