Well if I tell you most don’t believe me (until they see my credits!)
From 15 I played guitar and sang in many bands (have recordings).
Then I was in the Army for 7.6 years and served in the Gulf War 1 (have medals).
Then I got out and went to Uni and got a Bachelors Degree with Honours in Psychology…(have peice of paper)
Then a few years later went into IT as a web designer…now I am an IT manager specialising in databases and software programming.(have a business card lol)
Trust me, there is a long story in all this but that is for another time! Lol
Ps. I have lived in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and frequented Darwin, been to Perth twice and Tassy once and hundreds of small towns all over Australia! I have also travelled about half the known world (well, Europe and Asia mostly) and back in 2006 I finally returned to the place of my birth – good old Brizvegas!
When I got back to Brisbane I was living right smack in the middle of the CBD, but 6 months ago - quite by accident – I moved back to my home suburb only about 3 streets over from were I grew up! And when I was a teenager, the place I live now was grazing paddocks for Appaloosa horses. My how things turn out…

I'm a shopfitter by trade. I currently work along side the architects in designing the joinery. I then prepare the working drawings, machine programs and cutting lists for production.
Downside is most of the upper end joinery market is Sydney based. Up side is I get to work from home a couple of days a week.

Best Job of all " Retired" but still keep busy, don't know how I had time for work. Before we moved back to Perth lived in a small
country town of 1500 people and was very involved with the local ambulance , gave it up when I realized that I was older than most of the
people that I was helping.
Cheers Greg.
