Hi All,
This is an extract of an email Lowood sent me yesterday
"Hi Paul
Went up to check the seed this morning and it is at the perfect stage for heading, unfortunately the ground is still too wet to get the header on.
We will check it again on Friday but if it is still too wet, then the seed will be too ripe to harvest as milk seed.
He will plant again but of course it will take 8-10 weeks before being ready.
Will talk to you later in the week with another update.
Regards Wendy"
So by the weekend we will definately know if we can get any green seed from this batch....otherwise we will have to wait 8-10 weeks.
If the green seed ripens too much before they are able to harvest I will assume that everyone will want to keep their orders for the second batch (unless you advise otherwise)....cheers, Paul
