hehe now wheres the photo. :?:

Could the lack of Gouldians have been because of the weather ? Seems funny to not have them on show to raise awareness anyhoo glad it was a great day for those who went .

There were Gouldians in some aviaries, but the research block had none, apparently they are now in Canberra where sarah pyke is going to cont' studying them at the university. I too was alittle disappointed, I enjoyed meeting the other forum members more :) the sale today was a good experience, joined the hunter valley finch club today, helped them with the sale which was fun, lots of birds, even more people.and again met some more forum members :) didn't take any pics sorry guys.

The vet was myzomela  .
Thought that someone had mentioned it before, that's why I didn't use his name. But wasn't 100% sure. Not too sure why it's funny though??

Great demo myzomela, probably the most useful part of the day for me. Thanks.

It was great seeing so many Forum members over the weekend.
As our numbers grow it will be far easier for members to congregate at sales etc
there were 10 or more at the Open day and the more at the Singleton Sale.
It is also good seeing our members helping each other and some are so keen.
Talking to ioas on the Sunday he said he couldn't spend too much time after the Open Day finished as he had to go
to his own engagement party, yet he was back next day at the sale. Good to see such enthuisiasm and he must have an understanding future partner.

I also reckon us East Coasters are given the "West Coast Finch Forum" a run for their money.
