Hi, i just tried to read the jan 2012 newsletter but after it has downloaded i get told that adobe cant open file due to file in unknown format .
Obviously other forum readers dont have a problem going by all the well dones and accolades ( which makes me want to read it even more ! ) - so my question is: what would be wrong my end on my computer and how would i rectify it ?
I might add, i am NOT an IT whiz !! I know how to turn on a computer and read my emails and thats about it !!!

All I can suggest is downloading the latest Adobe and seeing if that works. If you still have a problem let me know.
Note.....Check the box for the McFee Security scan....when I first loaded up the page it was checked for a download. If you dont want it just remove the tick.
