There is about three ton in my swimming pool.
I found Scarlets and Turquiose parrots loved chewing it up and rubbing it on themselves . not sure why. Happy to send you some if you can work out cheap freight.

OK Ill check out the prepaid bags at the post office next week . That would be great thanks .
Funny about Scarlets too they seem to love lots and lots of charcoal too ...wonder if it has some gut cleansing properties for them or a trace mineral ???

Maybe pm Tintola, we bred Hoodeds years ago in Adelaide, no termite bits, no heated perches, no heated nest boxes. Basically treated them like Redrumps, maybe we got lucky. Did you buy them local ? I only ask because i think sometimes birds bred locally get used to local conditions and adjust their breeding seasons accordingly. We kept them in a large planted aviary with finches and they were lovely birds. Stunning. Have you goggled Hoodeds in Pine Creek . A few nice pics of wild ones.
