Lighter "blotches"

Last year we bought a YH normal gouldian male. His colouring was normal. After this year's moult, he has come up with lighter spots of colour on his back. I vaguely recall reading that this could mean he is split for something. I think the breeder also had European yellows amongst others. Could this mean that he is split to Euro Yellow? or can he be split for australian yellow? And what would happened if he was paired to a yellow back hen?

Flap In my opinion,i would lean more towards Australin yellow,a lot of splits don't have the visual split spots on the back off the neck to their second moult Cheers craig
