Where have all the Grey Singers gone

Was wondering,is there any one out there keeping grey singers.I had them years ago but i have not seen one for years.Maybe like the silverbill,to drabby looking to keep so they disappear ?????

I saw them last year, but unfortunately cannot say where
but rest assured there are at least 2 pairs out there in capable hands

with any luck they'll make a comeback like the silverbills
