My season has started very promising i have chicks in the nest of aust dilute so they are going well so far,
my blues have started well also i have 6 pair on large clutches of 6 eggs and the other pairs are building nests.
Aust yellows have started aswell, and started to build nests, so far everything is going well.
Hopefully the season keeps going like it is and we will get a good season. fingers crossed!

My breeding season so far looking very promises,with all my pairs on egg,with my finger cross, I should have enough young,but I wouldn't accounting my chicken until they sit on my perch sitting striaght.

most pairs are sitting for me now, haven't done to many nest checks, iv just been watching my birds throughout the day, watching who's going into which box and who's hanging around with who. fingers crossed.

12 Chicks so far, 3 Blues, 2 Aust Yellow Splits, the rest normals and yellows.
Blue hen I got from Tino is on 5 eggs and my Sea green hen is also on 5 eggs due any day now.
Older pairs going well, younger pairs still thinking about it.

Got 9 young in the nest from couple pair of normals. Eggs in nests from normals and some from split blues. All seem to have paired off but still house hunting.

So far got 8 hatched from the one yellow back pair in one clutch, yes very big clutch but so far so good they are all being fed well. Expecting about 11 to hatch from two pairs of Australian yellow in the next week. Still nothing from the blue and his mate, hopefully something soon.
