Hi,
Anyone coming to New Zealand on the forum is welcome to come and see my avairies and birds i am keeping
I have have currently 14 aviaries and more planned and in the process of finishing and about 150 birds that are finches,doves,partridges,quail and pheasants
Just send me a PM with a week or two notice
I am in Warkworth 60kms north of Auckland

Thank you for the offer, Henry. We might all come over together and stay a couple of weeks :thumbup: We'll bring our own tents and set up on the front lawn. :D

Hi Henry.

Good to do that tintola,very nice area, and plenty to visit,we are there 3 month ago and stand a few day's on t Point,but shopping a few times in Warkworth,and on the farmers shop down the road to t point,bought even so a few bottlts of wine in a big winery between the villaga an t Point,and have a excelent time over there.
A cousin living in Warkworth.
din't no there was a birdkeeper over there,so we missed something.

That's a shame Henry I was there two weeks ago and never saw a privet aviary only the ones at Auckland zoo and they were impressive :thumbup: . Really liked all the Gold finches and Chaffinches we saw. May be next time ill give you a call .

I'm married to a K1W1 from ChCh, so I'm not sure if we're permitted that far north! We usually spend every 2nd Xmas in ChCh. Do you have any finch contacts down south? I hope so as it would allow me to escape my beloved inlaws for a bird fix!

Have a few contacts in CHCH with finches not as many species as me.Feel welcome to visit me if your in Auckland
