We experienced our first home invasion on Friday night. Yes broken into while home and sleeping,, fotunately the dog was on to it and no one was hurt, keys, credit cards,work keys,phones stolen ect ect. Spent the weekend fixing front gates , swapping vehicles (as the thieves have keys to mine) , fixing windows ect ect.Police reports then some type of Police rambo raid on my yard at midnight last night. :crazy: In amongst the confusion,frustration, and working my a--e off all weekend, i accidently ran over my best mate this arvo.
S--t weekend.

DB,

So sorry for your loss. Hope when they catch whoever is responsible you get 5 minutes alone with them. (Unlikely though). I know from my former life (as a cop) that home just wont seem the same. Chin up, things can only get better. Time is the greatest healer.

Oh No ..Thank God you and little miss are OK , poor little bugger .

So sad about Trev. gotta say one thing though he had a great life . Takes ages to get over these things , hope you both are OK .

Sorry to hear about the problems you have been through. Breakins do leave you feeling "wrong" when entering the house or hearing a night noise, for a while. But time fixes all. At least you know Trev had a good life for a long time.

What a pain. Sounds like they got away with nothing of value for them, but what a damned nuisance for you to replace. And very sad about Trev.
