Can you possibly PM me to where in Chiang Mai these markets are, I'm going in a few months, and I'd really like to visit here!
It does look like a very nice market, and some great Parrots, I hope most are captive bred though, I assume they are here.

Pity about the leg chains...
The black-winged lory I think is a blue- streaked lory. The black-winged has a triangular blue patch on the side of the head, no ruff and is much rarer (Cites 1).

Nice looking and healthy looking birds. Cleanly presented, though not spacious. But certainly nothing to distress the birds or buyers. Well done them. And thanks for showing us.
