Strolled out the front this morning to pick some weed seeds for the birds and found this young Bearded Dragon hiding in my saltbush having a feed.

:D so cute. We used to have bobtails living under our Olive tree when we lived in Perth. Mum always used to wonder where the grapes went until she saw us sneaking out to feed them!

Im guessing as my location is as central as it gets, hes an inland. I`m not sure why but these guys have little fear of humans and can become really tame. We have one at work that regularly turns up at lunch time when theres not much around for him to eat. Will take most fruit offered and to honest will eat anthing that resembles food but we try and restrict to fruit.

I have one of those and a couple of cunningham skinks that regulately sunbake on the back step. I throw them a mealworm occasionally.

The cunninghams live in the roof- not sure where the beardy camps at night.
