Thought I start a thread on feeding stations.
Interested in other people's setup.
Here's a photo of one I made. Just a seed hopper with a grit container, Niger seed container with room for live food dish & sprouted seed.

Looks excellent Will, Im looking at some different options with feeding too.

I saw a feeding station pic somewhere that had a large hopper for catching seed and husks that was hung on the wall of the aviary. I was thinking of ways to adapt the idea and incorporate it with the feeder I have.

Yeh I saw something similar aswell.
Only problem I found with my setup is the poop that get on the tray.
The picture dosn't show but I usually have another cup at the front with seed sprouts. I'm surprised at how much grit the birds will take.

nice set up Will, to avoid the crap issue make the top of your table with 5mm wire mesh and have a catch tray underneath that.

Diane it sounds like you saw the pictures of Gomers feed station

Very nice gomer.
That a great design.
Do you just lift off the half drum and empty it out? And whats the second drum for?

Cheers

These feeders on ebay seem to be a good idea.
