This Might Sture Up Some Issues And I Hope Everyone Is Nice On This Topic ,

This Is a zebra finch i have bred would love to know its mutation if possible .

Its young looks like a pied to me... shows a black cheek sort of but I think that is the pied overflowing from top of the head...but I have been wrong before :thumbup:

My quess, a young hen marked white. Not a black cheeked.

has it moulted out yet, or is it still to young , just a hint harv , to get it to be a new mutation you need to breed a few of them and not just one offs, the key is to produce the same colour in a few generations ( with zebs its easy) as it may not produce that colour in its offspring... Pete

Another photo in a few weeks or so when it has matured a bit would have a far greater chance of an accurate identification of the mutation(s).

i have had a few problems with these guys , i have them come out , like this i have had 2 white 2 normals with black marking (Mabey Black Cheecks )

and 3 have died , all diffrent clutchs , this 1 is allmost finished moult so hopefully it makes it though it ,

it has pritty much finish coulouring up next day there is no rain i will post pictures
