Gauds, OB's and Cubans nesting

Hello AFF team, I am new to finch breeding and also this site however use thius forum for most of my research. I currently have Gaudions, Orange brested and Cubans all sitting on eggs and being near Melbourne, Victoria I am concerned that the cold weather will negatively impact their success. They are in an enclosed avairy with a partially open roof however I didnt think this was breeding season.

Any suggestions on what I should do to enhance the chances of the eggs/young or how I should stop them breeding?

HI davidd
why do you whant to stop them breeding it is breeding season
if the aviary is enclosed it should be ok just cover the partially open roof.

Breeding season is when the rains come and make the seeding grass sprout. It is different times in different places. So as Flavio is in Victoria like you, he is a good person to be guided by. Location, location, location. As I have said before.
