how many other finch species are there that can imitate people?
Though i swear everytime i see my canaries they are doing some sort of mind meld saying "food, more food, fooooooood"

That's amazing - I never had the patience to even teach a budgie but who would have thought it of a finch? I'm sure that if a red-head can do it so can a cut-throat and that wouldn't potentially waste the reproductive potential of a rare species in Australia and might increase the popularity of these birds.

Wow that vid was amazing i wish all my finches could talk, could tell me when they are sick and whats causing it LOL.
