With so many mutations and combinations is difficult pick one but my favorites are: Normals, fawns, fawn lightbacks, fawn isabels, black breasted and black cheeked are my favorites :D
I also like the charcoals but they unfortunally aren't avaiable in Europe, we have a similar mutation (Eumo) but have problems with the flight feathers.
