I am doing a lot already, I stopped breeding Hooded Siskins several years ago, and for the past three years I couldn't get any in or around Sydney, had to get them from Tasmania. Anyhow, I bred 9 young last season. Same with Wrens! Would hate to get them then realize I can't keep them because they strip leaves or interfere in any way with the birds I'm trying to breed. I'm sure there are people out there who would like to specialize in Munias.finchbreeder wrote:Come on do something for the preservation of species and try one of the rarer munias.

Good on you. That wasn't intended to suggest that you were not. Just a little jollying along. Do what works for you.
