OCD is hard to shake guys but help is at hand. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like Prozac and Zoloft are commonly used to bring these repetitive behaviours under control but the side effects will be a depleted aviaries and a reduced libido. Seriously I reckon we all have it here on AFF!

Several unusual adverse effects of one of my tablets, a non-ergoline dopamine agonist, is that it may include compulsive gambling, hypersexuality, and overeating. So imagine the potential problems/temptations I can experience everyday when shopping LOL.

BTW guess what question the Doc asks each visit? Are experiencing any OCD conditions or urges. Answer : No, but you better ask my wife?

Thank God that I have the AFF to help to reduce the side effects of OCD.

Ok too many big words again .... so lets just simplify Shanny .

SELF CONTROL mate , fore thought and planning all of which I hear are great tools to utilise when temptation arises .

yet to try the above myself so good luck and let me know if it works .

my solution is to leave my wallet at home and only bring the cash i need for what i want...

otherwise i end up with 10 canaries instead of just 2.....

I have no trouble controlling these urges. Just take hubby and he says no NO NO. Of course there are the other times when I do not take hubby. :D And with maturity (who is that laughing) I have learnt to say to myself "you do not have the room YET"
