Hi guys
One of the guys at my work has started up with jap quail. He is keeping eggs warm with a lamp and has had a few babies hatch. I feel bad coz he has jumped in head first and doesnt have much info on how to bring up jap quail. He keeps asking me and I don't know much about them at all.
So my question is what can people tell me about jap quail and what people think would be best food wise for the little guys to be feed? Just so I can let this guy know some more info!
Thanks
Venetta and Kylie

powdered granivour mix with a bit of finch soft food is what I give mine and fresh clean water in a shallow dish as they have a habit of drowning themselves. As the grow start to add in some seed to the crumble mix. Good luck :)
