Short answer is maybe!
I am a little impatient and would probably buy another pair...this way, if your suspicions are correct, you will have one cock and three hens (not a bad thing) and if/when your new pair breed, you will have a solid colony. If your original two turn out to be a pair, you could consider separating them and pairing them with the young of your new birds! Bit of a palava but at least it is an option.
Note that they can be a little grumpy during breeding (with each other) but if you have plenty of space, and in the case that the new cock birds are young from the new pair, they should all get along fine (most of the time).
They are one of my favourites....

They are obviously happy doing what they are doing so let them go....it won't hurt to source another pair if you have space and funds but give the original pair a month or so....should hear young by then if they have them. Here's hoping they are a pair!

Or you could get them DNA'd and find out for sure...
