Swamp grass?

Can you grow swamp grass from those tiny little seeds on the end of every "shoot"? I think I've seen a topic somewhere but cant find it.

You need to understand a bit about Botany to achieve some success. Swamp grass seeds will germinate after being flooded then dried out for a bit. This will have to coincide with the the right temps and season for the species you have.Having a little botanical skill is all part of keeping finches.
