Here is an example - there clearly is a dominant bird and while the more reserved bird just loves nesting material, the other bird is just as determined to drown the stuff! Why does she do this?

Zebs are famous for trying to nest in terrible places - food and water bowls in particular have you tried moving the water bowl around a bit?

OK never thought about the drowning of the nest material in the bath for that reason - thanks for that. Yes I have moved the bath around - just seems the dominant bird has to have the last say in things. I will start posting in the managing section - don't want to cause feathers to fly!
