Good it's settling in :thumbup: if I were you I'd get my hands on a copy of Danny's book, a guide to pigeons doves and quail... Absolutely the best book on the subjects ever written :D (and my favourite of the a guide to series)

The chocolate s. t. dove here is quite different to those in the pic, the one here is cleaner in colour and is a lighter brown.
Ive also seen chocolate spotteds down at the bay, Those ones eat fish and chips, rubbish from bins and stuff, I think that may affect their plumage :think:

I found the chocolates ugly myself - they were too dark and not classy. They looked dirty. I like my cinnamons though. They have their own prettiness about them. I'm sure there is a market for them amongst the various sanitariums that allow pets to be kept.

I don't like chocolates either normals are much better.
