Found this today when i was out and though i would give it a go, well i put it in dry on top of there seed and before i could get out of the aviary they were in to it like bees to honey. The painteds, cordons and parsons made pigs of themselves so i will keep useing it and see if it helps with rearing the young.

what are the ingredients? be interesting to see what they reckon can replace live food

I also use this. My softbills love it but all the finches also have a go. The Vetafarm website says it contains corn, wheat, meat and fish meals and wheat gluten. It has a slight fishy odour.

Hi Steven i got this from Capalaba produce and all i do is put some on top of there seed

Havent had much luck with this stuff , might try putting on the seed to get them going , Ive been putting it in a hang cup .
The boof headed Golds eat it but then what wont they eat .

i havent had much luck with it,only tried it in one avairy.Will need to try in a few more.

mine arent fussed,also paswells have similar product,up to 20kg i have read :roll:
