King quail - mind blown

Felling a little bit mind blown. Just saw this on gumtree - those chicks are definitely king, and clearly a number are true red breasted - a mutation I had no knowledge of being present in Australia.
There is also a blue-face male in the third picture - again, a mutation I thought only existed overseas.
I can also see a number of pied chicks - a third unknown mutation.
Thoughts anyone? Can this really be true??

Possibly a generic photo taken off the web in ignorance just to illustrate the advert.

Possibly VP.
And yes that's what I thought too uraeginthus, but still, red breasted photo and the advert says red breasted, seems a bit of a coincidence.
This is one case where I really hope I've been wrong the last few years!!!

Anyone nearby willing to find out? The add does mention some types beyond the standard ones. So even if this pic is not of those for sale it looks like there may be something else out there.

A mate rang up and had a chat and the pics of babies are mixed king and jap BUT look what I picked up today at an obscure little produce - what looks like 2 young red breasted cocks (the full black throat with the thin band is a feature - the red is already showing in the edge of the neck band and the upper breast feather and the bird is only 2/3 grown.).
Anybody nearby spare a hen or two??

Ahhhh, that makes sense! Thanks!
Wow  now that's a red breasted if I ever saw one (which I haven't, but still :P). Keep us posted on if you breed those, I might even get back into kings!!!

They are still a touch young but do you think I can find a female king quail to breed with them. Annoyingly my neighbour sold all 16 of his this morning.
Anybody with some hens please contact me.

I have a couple of spare young cinnamon hens who are very red, from the hen I got off Spanna because she was so red. She and my cinnamon boy now have 2 little silvers (3rd did not survive 1st week) Unfortunately we are at the opposite sides of the country. Good luck, look forward to hearing how you go.
