Safe for what?

I wouldn't smoke it.

Thanks for the help wont put it n with the finches

I have use English box in aviaries with birds that don't chew like finches. I notice that the same site says that other Buxus sp are totally poisonous. Better safe than sorry, I'd say. Maybe one day you'l put some nibbling Neophemas in and that might be different.
