pied orange breast unbelievable

bought some young orange breast out of pied parents mine were showing very little pied was amazed to see these youngsters today

Well done mrscibbo,one question,why are they so young to be out of the nest,our nights are quite cool lately and i hope they survive. Cheers Craig :thumbup:

no idea why they are out of nest, they were out when i got home reckon they should have stayed in there for a few more days, hope they make it
just checked weather tonight coldest night for the week 16 afterv tonight all other days 20

So is this the true pied,usually the pied is yellow on orange breasts,not white.The yellow pied birds seem to moult out to normal after a few moults and they seem to be infertile. Craig

the breeder i got them off have had no problems with fertility and he has 3 year olds that havent lost a pied feather

No,you misunderstood me,the only pieds i have seen have been yellow in the pied,yours tend to be white in the pied. Craig

sorry mate, i hope they make it they look young, i had a few yellow siskins jump out very early the other day, they are know on the top brach, we can only hope these will be the same
