Hi Everyone,
I have not kept them yet, but from what I can gather, our usual Fawn Java Mutation in Australia is a Recessive Mutation. Is anyone aware of a Sex-linked Fawn or true Cinnamon Mutation in the Australian Java Sparrow?
Thanks
Paul

I was told that our fawn Javas are recessive.
I am not aware of any sex linked cinnamon (or fawn) trait in Javas.
A sex linked pastel or dilute Java is available in the UK. I am not aware of any other sex linked traits in Javas.

Not sure. Have not bred them. But they are a nice shade of fawn/cinnamon.
