Need to get some rings on my birds now that my breeding groups are growing to more than single pairs!! Can anyone advise ring sizes for males and females?
Would imagine that there would be a different size for each sex given the size difference.

I just use the plastic budgie rings, tight fit, but enough room not to cause any grief. You don't want a loose fitting ring on them, as they can get caught while they are excavating.

Thanks VR, will grab a couple when I'm at the bird shop tomorrow. You'll be pleased to know your bloodlines are now in aviaries other than mine as well, traded some fresh blood for some of last years young, hopefully for the benefit of both breeding colonies!
