Hey, I'm back! been looking through the forums and there seems to be a lot of confusion between Dilutes and other birds. Just read this article http://australiangouldian.com/articles- ... ian-finch/ on the Australian Gouldian website. maybe it'll help some.

Some of the confusion is caused by the names people call different colours.
In Australia yellow birds are called Australian yellow, there is a page on these (sort of) on that link. And European Yellows. Why do people not use the recognised names? I have learnt them perhaps if everyone did? I know it takes a while and I have no problem with people who struggle with genetics. But everyone using different names is just plain confusing for beginners.
