One of my other hobbies is getting in the boat every weekend and going for a fish in the Broadwater and come home with some yummy fish

Does anyone else like fishing here

I use to live in far north QLD in Cairns and i use to be a diver and collect marine fish, it use to be a 2 to 3 day trip every week and we would go out into the deep water at night (300ft) and catch red emperor and naniguy, but that was 15 years ago, haven't done any since
Cheers

Love salt water fishing and used to fish a lot around Wisemans Ferry NSW , sadly not much salt water here and even though we have a beaut river running through town you wouldnt go there without a big stick in hand LOL

Havent been fishing for years myself. after working on the tuna boats in port lincoln for a few years as a commercial diver & deckhand, recreational fishing has lost the shine it used to have
