I have noticed a fledgling painted that has quite bright white feathers on the wings. Is there such thing as a pied mutation in Painteds or have I got a nutritional definciency issue? This is the only painted I have displaying this...comments? Ill try and get a pic if I can catch it or get close enough.

These 6 young fledged from the same nest and the one on the far right had 10 primary flights on each wing, but they moulted out on the first moult.
