red rumps

a few weeks ago i start throwing out all the old seed in the aviaries. first on the easy feed were the top knot pigeons and in no time at all i had 20 birds feeding.
then a pair of red rump parrots arrived and as of today i now have 6 pair feeding. they arrive very early in the morning and late in the afternoon. each feeding sessions lasts for a couple of hours.
should be a very good year for their breeding season.
