Heard along the grapevine that Qld Parks are considering a review of birdkeeping regs

My informant didn't know much about it, but like all good rumour-mongers, he was sure that it was true

Surely stakeholders i e licensed keepers would be among the first to know, if the much vaunted but little heeded 'consultation' process is to be implemented
