At the moment they are in a small cage, as soon as I sell some of my zebs I will be swapping them over so I can get more gouldians :)

Thanks guys :)

The female has started to chirp and they are both eating and exploring their cage :)

I will be transferring them to the bigger patio avairy very soon, just have to sell 2 more zebs. that way they are only in with my breeding zeb pair.

Very nice gouldians but keep a eye on them when you transfer them in with the zebs. The breeding pr of zebs will be the dominant birds in the cage and will become very agressive to them.Pretty little zebs can become pretty little murderers. Craig

No probs craig
we have taken the breeding zeb pr out & put them in another cage with their eggs.

The gouldians are now in with 1 zeb female fledgling & 1 whit adult female.

all is peaceful :)

Believe you me Gouldians can hold their own with Zebs. As long as their are more Gouldians than Zebs. I breed both together this way. And the Gouldians have ditched the Zebs out of nests.

That maybe true FB but that's not what i was saying.Introducing a pr of birds into unfamiliar surroundings into a cage with birds that are familiar with the cage and/or breeding can cause aggression.Imo,Lois has done the correct thing until her gouldians have adjusted to their new surroundings. Don't think the Zebs will be sitting on those eggs then...
