Can any of you tell me what type of gouldian this is. In the first photo, one of the parents is this pied.
Any idea what it would be worth, money wise ??
Loz.

I my opinion the bird is a single factor pastel, the parent bird is aus yellow, split blue ,split euro yellow, thats why it looks like a pied bird, and of course now the pastel is also split aus yellow, and i have been wrong before

I agree with Gary with the above and also with Tiaris, the bird doesn't look well. Also the so called pied needs its toe nails trimmed, how old is that bird? Craig

the pied also has something wrong with it's neck....sorry probably butcher-bird spotting!
when experienced breeders are not sure what they are looking at then i will leave the subject alone.

This bird was breed in 2012 & nothing wrong with its neck.

The pied is unusual. What were it's parents please? And it's mate.

Fair enough Loz but catch the poor thing up and trim its toe nails.I still believe it is what Garyh says as it only has colour in its back, most pieds have white flights/tail and other parts of the body not just its back so imo it is EY/AY split blue split WB. Craig
