To say I am disappointed with the results of my request is a gross under statement.
Since the request 11 people have donated, one member from the USA went to great trouble to make
sure we received it. I understand that a couple of members who donated last year didn't need to do it again this year.
Those that have donated relates to a ratio of around 1 in 100.
The cost of the server alone is over $1000 per year, we do not advertise and admin. do their work for free often
spending their own money.
Personally if it was my decision I would rather close the Forum down when the money runs out rather than asking the Admin.
to prop it up.

Is the an appropriate account I can setup a monthly automated donation too?

Tend to agree E Orix...if it is not forthcoming admin shouldn't be footing the bill...

just made a small donation, it's not much but as you say if more made the effort our costs would be covered easily.
hopefully the AFF can continue and prosper.
no need for a reciept.

Our system requires me to send a Pm with a receipt number and they are issued when the donation shows up.

I'll make a donation, but I can't help but wonder why it's $1000 per year? I have my own dedicated linux server running multiple websites, databases, forums, etc. (even minecraft, for the kids!) and it's under $100 a year.
