Pied zeb

I must admit, I'm not a huge fan of pied zebs, but I got this little cutie out of 2 greys (this pair also produced a cream pied- cream body but white wings). I'm deciding whether to keep him or not- he's a stunner, but I'm not planning on breeding pieds!

Can you put a photo up of the Pied Cream?

Pie in Zebs I think can be very striking as it has a few different colours to affect, meaning the body colour, cheek patch colour and the colour of the flanks.

Pieds are one of my favourite Zebs, so I like him.

Sure, will try to get a photo soon. She's a female.

Think you will find that she's a fawn pied.

Yes, I was wondering if she might be a fawn- both parents were just plain greys, so it was odd to get these two! I find it difficult to tell the difference between creams and fawns sometimes, unless I see them together; this female seems quite creamy in sunlight, but does look more like a fawn in the pictures.

She is a pied fawn. Fawn is sex linked, so dad is split fawn. And the parents need only have 1 white feather each to be pied. So have a close look.

Pied is autosomal recessive so both parents could be split.
