Hi all new to the site, from Canberra setting up my first aviary in 25 years. Used to breed show budgies bad show them. Have been overseas for 20 years working now want to try my hand at finches. Looking foward to learning as much as I can.

Thanks for the welcome guys, at the moment I have 1 pair of plum heads, 1 pair of gold breasted waxbills, 1 pair of painted finches, 1 pair St Helenas, 5 pairs of zebras (1 fawn, 1 black & chocolate, 1 white, 1 pied, 1 normal.

Have just bought a second hand aviary 4.5 m long x 1.2m wide x1.8m high needs some work to fix up but all part of the journey, need to decide where to put it to get the best out of it and the finches with the view to expand onto it.
