first baby!

My young son's zebs have finally bred for him, and the first baby left the nest today. Shame he is away at his grandads place for the week, and hope it survives for him! My first nest of pure blackface gouldians should be out this week as well!

yep, I emailed him the photo, he's very happy. There are 3 out now, they come out for awhile, and then go back to the nest.
