Hey guys week or 2 ago there was pretty bad winds and a branch off a paperbark fell on the ground so very next morning i decided to take it and drag it accross the street lol and its been laying in my front yard and yesturday i decided to trim it and it looks bold lol now.

Paperbark is safe for finches like just the branch not the leaves?

Perfectly safe . . as long as it does not fall on them :)

Native trees are safe leaves, branches, bark etc. I trim the tiny wire-like branchlets in case they catch their leg rings on them.
