Is there a way to downsize pics taken on ipad so I can post them, started the new complex and tried yesterday but the file is too big to load

Does the ipad have a photo program?
Are you able to right click the pic and an option to "Resize your pic" comes up?
Maybe http://jpeg-optimizer.com/ would work for you.
If all else fails send them to the forum email and I will resize and send back or load onto the forum for you under your name.
