white growth on beak

I have tried getting close-up photos of my finches to try to identify them. However I noticed white growth on one bird.
Does anyone know about this problem? Thank you

Scaley mite maybe? His legs look abit scaley as well. Craig

Thank you. Will try to catch him tomorrow and have a closer look. What is the best treatment?

You can buy products for the condition but ivormecton placed on the back of the neck and a little rubbed on the area works or what ever suffocates them like a vegetable oil rubbed on the area.Keep an eye on your other birds,you might have to do the lot. Cheers Craig
