It's not just a grey pied, is it? That dark/solid tear stripe indicates that it's got black-faced/black fronted or charcoal in it, maybe?

Mayb jluna, let it moult and see what happens. If you do find a Penguin let me know. Chances would be very slim I say. But it still would be around hidden possibly in some birds. Just need the right 2 that are carrying it.
