Hi all,
Just wondering how available the Yellow Bodied Star and Pied Star mutations are, and also how much they are a pair? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The yellow bodied star is two mutations, fawn and sexlinked cinnamon, there is a few of the latter around if you want to breed your own and i believe the home of the pied star is Qld as i haven't seen any down here.Prices,i wouldn't have a clue. Craig

I made a post a while ago about genetic forecasters and put links in, maybe they might help.

Pied stars - I have had a pair for probably 4 months. When straight to nest and fledged 6!! Haven't done a thing since but I think they are sitting again. Apparently pied marking come out after the moult. I swapped birds for them, so probably around $350pr. I don't personally know of any others but I'm sure they are out there
