Tried adding a picture to my Avatar personal info contact. but i didnt work! whats the go?

Your pic needs to be
Maximum dimensions; width: 120 pixels, height: 120 pixels, file size: 15.00 KiB.
Its not enough to just crop you also need to compress the pic. It can be done via this website http://jpeg-optimizer.com/ if you want to try yourself or you can email your pic to the admin address and I will have a go.

Craig it shouldn't make any difference, 1 post or 100, putting up an avatar pic is allowed.
The issue will be inline with what Diane said, picture size will require adjusting.
